Lonza Sales AG in Basel, Switzerland is seeking an Intern HR Biologics to assist its Human Resources team within the company’s Biologics platform. The position offers a chance to gain hands‑on experience at a global life‑sciences organization that manufactures future medicines across more than thirty sites worldwide. In this role you will back HR Business Partners on employee‑relations issues, performance‑management cycles and organisational‑development tasks. You will keep HR databases and systems up to date, safeguarding data accuracy and confidentiality. You will also take part in special HR projects, compile reports and create presentations on HR metrics, and handle routine administrative duties such as arranging meetings, managing calendars and processing correspondence. The internship is open to candidates currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable discipline.
