In this position you will build and keep up contacts with classification societies, arrange design and type approvals for WinGD's technologies, and assist internal departments and engine builders on classification‑related topics. The role involves influencing the evolution of international and class regulations for new fuels where possible, as well as managing internal classification portals, information‑management tools, spare‑part inventories and acceptance databases. The candidate must hold a mechanical‑engineering qualification (BSc, MSc, Dipl‑Ing or comparable), possess deep expertise in two‑stroke marine diesel or dual‑fuel engines, and demonstrate strong English communication abilities. Regular travel abroad a few times each year is required, together with an autonomous, well‑structured, goal‑driven work style and proven teamwork and cooperation skills.
