Machine Technician

Clarios in Geneva, Illinois is seeking a Machine Technician to maintain and repair high-capacity battery manufacturing equipment. The main responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as daily inspections of mechanical systems and calibration of sensors. The role also involves documenting service activities and collaborating with the engineering team on continuous-improvement projects. The ideal candidate must have an associate degree or technical certification in mechanical or industrial maintenance, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with CNC machinery, PLCs, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. The ability to read schematics and follow safety protocols is also required.
