Marketing Automation Intern

The Marketing Automation Intern will join VF’s EMEA Digital Activation Team at the company’s headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland. VF Corporation owns lifestyle brands such as The North Face®, Vans® and Timberland®, and the internship offers a twelve‑month, full‑time experience beginning on 1 February 2027 with a gross monthly salary of 1 850 CHF. During the placement you will assist the brands in building and refining customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, help configure triggers and update existing flows, and support the creation of personalized email content using AmpScript. You will also write basic SQL queries and design data filters for segmentation, maintain data extensions in Contact Builder, and contribute to standard and custom reporting that feeds performance dashboards. The first half of the program emphasizes guided learning rather than full ownership of tasks. The role requires you to be enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s program in Computer Science or a related discipline, and you must graduate after 1 November 2026 or retain student status on the start date. EU or EEA citizenship is mandatory. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; additional language skills in German, French or Italian are advantageous. You need solid analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Familiarity with SQL, basic HTML/CSS, and any exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jira or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) are considered pluses.
