Assembly & Test Technician

The position of Assembly & Test Technician involves building and evaluating prototypes as well as limited‑run production of unmanned‑air‑vehicle (UAV) systems. The company designs these UAV platforms and relies on the technician to ensure each unit is assembled, wired and verified to meet strict quality criteria before it moves to validation and field deployment. Day‑to‑day work includes close collaboration with the hardware and software groups to raise system performance and dependability. Tasks cover full system integration, mechanical assembly, drilling, cabling, and functional testing of prototypes and equipment. The role also requires maintaining accurate Bills of Materials, assembly instructions and test procedures, while managing component stock and keeping the laboratory tidy and well‑organized. Candidates must hold a CFC in Electronics, Electrical, Automation or a comparable technical qualification that provides a solid grounding in electronic systems. They need to be comfortable with mechanical duties such as drilling and wiring, proficient in soldering, and confident operating lab tools like oscilloscopes and signal generators for analysis and debugging. Effective communication in English at a CEFR B2 level, both written and spoken, is required to work within the international team. Ideal applicants enjoy hands‑on electronics work, pay close attention to detail, and value systematic documentation and inventory control. An organized approach to maintaining a clean workspace and a willingness to cooperate with hardware and software engineers are also important for success in this role.
