Senior Medical Writer (m/f/d)

Ogilvy Health DACH is a borderless creative agency that blends health, social media, strategy, experience and influence to produce campaigns ranging from local initiatives to global projects. The Senior Medical Writer will join this multidisciplinary team to craft scientific and medical communications for a variety of healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. In this position you will generate high‑quality content such as manuscripts, slide presentations, digital assets, educational tools and interactive virtual assistants. The work involves translating complex data into clear, accurate narratives and ensuring consistency across all deliverables while adapting tone and style for different audiences. The role requires strong medical and scientific writing abilities, including the capacity to structure narratives and present data precisely. Candidates must be skilled in research tasks like literature reviews, critical appraisal and synthesis of findings. An advanced degree in a life‑science discipline—preferably a PhD or equivalent—is expected, together with at least three years of medical‑writing experience in an agency or pharmaceutical setting. The position is primarily remote, with a requirement to travel to Zurich once each month. This arrangement offers flexibility while maintaining regular face‑to‑face collaboration with the team.
