A Data Labeling Expert will join a rapidly expanding AI‑infrastructure firm that partners with Fortune 100 organizations to advance machine‑learning and artificial‑intelligence solutions. Working remotely on a contract basis, the specialist’s output will directly shape the training data that powers sophisticated document‑understanding models. The daily work revolves around processing PDF files, marking up elements such as text blocks, tables, figures, captions, headers and key‑value pairs. Each item must be enclosed in a tight rectangle, categorized according to the project’s rule set, and placed in the correct logical sequence. The role also demands handling intricate page designs, including multi‑column layouts, forms, rotated pages and nested tables, while consistently applying the supplied annotation instructions. When an example is ambiguous or a guideline appears missing, the worker is expected to alert a supervisor. All activities must respect strict confidentiality and data‑security standards. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for studies in technology, engineering or data‑focused fields. Between half a year and two years of experience in labeling or comparable tasks is advantageous but not required.
