Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be central to the Group's financial reporting, planning and performance‑management activities. On a daily basis the analyst will own key parts of the monthly management reporting cycle, prepare and rationalise reporting packs for the Executive Committee and the Board, and coordinate the close process with timely follow‑ups to ensure accurate and well‑supported management information. Detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior periods and prior year will be performed, highlighting the underlying business drivers, risks and opportunities. The role also includes reviewing the integrity of reported results, including foreign‑exchange impacts and special transactions, and guaranteeing data consistency through systematic reconciliation and validation of financial and operational figures such as headcount. In the FP&A arena the analyst will support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, developing and continuously improving templates, guidance and reporting packs. Consolidation and review of business‑unit budgets and forecasts will be carried out to ensure consistent assumptions and high‑quality explanations. The position will coordinate Group‑level CAPEX requests, track their progress and assist in analysing investment performance. Contributions to the Group's annual business plan, financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analyses, as well as strategic project analyses, including investment, asset‑valuation and cash‑flow studies, are also required. The analyst will design and maintain dashboards, models and analytical tools that enhance visibility of both financial and operational performance. Process improvement and finance transformation are integral to the role. The analyst will actively contribute to evolving the Group's FP&A operating model and performance‑management framework, support the rollout and optimisation of financial planning, reporting and business‑intelligence systems, and promote technology‑enabled ways of working through automation and data visualisation. Defined improvement workstreams will be led, change adoption across the finance community will be supported, and enhanced processes will be documented and embedded to strengthen overall finance operations.
