Participants in the Summer Analyst Program will engage in a variety of day-to-day responsibilities. They will work on live investment opportunities, gaining exposure to different stages of private markets transactions, from sourcing and assessment to closing and managing portfolio assets. Additionally, participants will develop an independent investment project, proposing a new investment opportunity to their team. This project offers a comprehensive understanding of investment analysis and the potential for real-world application. To qualify for the Summer Analyst Program, candidates must meet several key requirements. They should be penultimate or final year undergraduate or graduate students from any academic field, including engineering, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, business, law, humanities, and social sciences. Strong analytical thinking, data literacy, and proficiency in using digital and AI tools are essential. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a keen interest in technology-enabled ways of working. Nice-to-have skills include experience with coding, data visualization, statistical analysis, and workflow automation. The program is based in Baar, Switzerland, and offers a supportive environment with mentorship from experienced investment professionals. The program runs for 9 weeks, starting on June 16, 2027, and includes comprehensive training and the potential for a permanent position with the firm.
