Next Job Abroad is looking for Italian Customer Client Support Specialists who will join its international team while relocating to Greece, a country known for its sunny climate and vibrant culture. Your daily tasks will involve handling client inquiries through phone, email and chat, providing clear guidance on the company’s products and services, and resolving issues with courtesy and efficiency. You will work closely with colleagues to tackle complex problems, record each interaction in the CRM system, spot recurring patterns and share insights that help improve overall service quality, and take part in initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfaction. The role requires native‑level fluency in Italian and a functional command of English. Strong verbal communication, active listening and a proactive problem‑solving attitude are essential, as is the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in customer service or support is advantageous, and familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial. Candidates must be prepared to move to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
