Site Operations Controller - Ingredients - (m/f/d)

Givaudan, a global creator of taste, scent and beauty solutions, is looking for a Site Operations Controller Ingredients to join its Vernier facility. In this position you will work closely with the local operations manager, supporting the site’s operational compliance and integrating finance into daily decision‑making as a member of the Site Operations Management Team. Your everyday work will involve alerting the Operations team to risks and opportunities, proposing and following up on mitigation measures, and delivering interpretive and predictive financial and operational insights. You will conduct ad‑hoc analyses of monthly key performance indicators, drive the site’s investment process from business‑case validation to budget monitoring, and manage the annual budgeting cycle, including product costing and coordination with the Pricing organisation. In addition, you will participate in forecasting, long‑term planning, cost‑center reviews and variance resolution while overseeing internal controls to ensure adherence to corporate finance guidelines. The role requires a degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, or a professional accountancy qualification, together with more than five years of cost‑accounting experience in a manufacturing setting. You must be fluent in both French and English, possess strong communication skills, and be able to simplify complex information for business partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and an ERP system—preferably SAP FICO—is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels and to work effectively as part of a team.
