Global Data Center Vertical Lead 80-100%

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings is looking for a Global Data Center Vertical Lead to steer the company’s data‑center portfolio worldwide. The business supplies technology, software and services that turn ordinary buildings into smart, sustainable environments, helping clients cut emissions, reduce costs and improve occupant experience. The role sits in one of three European hubs—Zug, London or Dublin—and requires legal permission to work in the chosen country. The incumbent will craft and own the data‑center strategy, aligning it with Siemens’ overall direction and commercial goals. This includes mapping market segments such as hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, AI‑factory and emerging Neo‑Cloud players, spotting growth opportunities and turning plans into concrete actions with clear milestones and performance metrics. The job also involves shaping go‑to‑market approaches, building a network of channel partners and system integrators, and driving pipeline creation and investment proposals. In addition, the leader will guide the rollout of new product offerings, work with business units to develop differentiated value propositions focused on digitalisation, energy efficiency and resilience, and close gaps in the portfolio. Candidates must bring more than fifteen years of experience in business development
