The Junior Customer Care role is based at Partners Group's Zug campus in Baar, Switzerland. Partners Group is a leading global private‑markets investment manager with roughly USD 185 billion under management, serving more than 800 institutional investors and employing about 2,000 professionals across 24 offices. The position is a part‑time, 50 % contract focused on delivering high‑quality hospitality services for the firm's VIP client dining areas and broader campus facilities. Day‑to‑day duties revolve around three core areas. In the VIP client dining rooms you will greet guests, set up the space, and provide personalized service for breakfast, lunch, apéro and coffee moments, while also supporting internal and external visitor hosting. During lunch you will assist the Free Flow Restaurant with food and beverage service, keep service zones tidy and presentable, and help the tea‑kitchen by refilling drinks and maintaining cleanliness. Additional responsibilities include preparing meeting rooms with beverages, supporting coffee service for client and internal meetings, and helping the Customer Care team with event setup, service, breakdown and general tidying tasks across the campus. The employer requires a background in hospitality, restaurant service, catering or a comparable service‑oriented field, demonstrated through professional experience or formal training. Candidates must be comfortable communicating verbally with guests and colleagues, possess a professional appearance and courteous manners, and be fluent in both German and English. The role also calls for the ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team environment. The position offers a family‑friendly schedule that can be arranged as a four‑day week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00‑16:45) or a five‑day week (11:00‑15:30), providing a strong work‑life balance. Employees benefit from a daily lunch allowance, access to premium on‑site facilities such as a modern building, diverse dining options and a complimentary gym with classes. Partners Group promotes career growth through hands‑on training, mentorship, the PG Academy learning platform, and exposure to an international, collaborative culture. Additional perks include community events, volunteer opportunities, and a sabbatical after five years of service. What the role asks for: - Hospitality or catering experience or training - Good German language proficiency - Good English language proficiency - Confident verbal communication - Professional appearance and manners - Ability to work independently - Willingness to work in a team - Guest‑facing experience (nice‑to‑have)
