System Test Engineer - Humanoid (human)

NEURA Robotics is seeking a System Test Engineer to lead system‑level testing and verification for its humanoid platform, 4NE1. The role focuses on confirming that the robot’s mechanical, actuation, software, control and embedded elements work together reliably before any release. The engineer will own the verification strategy across components, subsystems and the full robot, creating test plans, coverage matrices and acceptance criteria that trace back to system requirements. Daily work includes collaborating with mechanical, software, controls and safety groups, designing quality‑control procedures, and defining repeatable test workflows. Execution covers functional, endurance, environmental and integration tests, such as thermal, vibration and motion trials, followed by failure investigation, root‑cause analysis and data‑driven recommendations. Building and maintaining test rigs, automating procedures with Python, and supporting CI/CD‑based validation are also key duties. Applicants must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Systems Engineering or a related discipline and have several years of experience testing complex mechatronic or robotic systems.
