Compliance Officer (Zurich)

G‑20 Group is a cross‑asset trading firm based in Switzerland that operates in delta‑one and derivatives markets worldwide. The company is looking for a Compliance Officer who will work on‑site at its Zurich office, either full‑time or part‑time (minimum 60 % of a standard week). This position sits within the firm’s compliance function and reports directly to senior leadership. The officer will be responsible for building and maintaining the firm‑wide compliance framework, covering anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorist financing policies, conflict‑of‑interest rules, outsourcing oversight and record‑keeping standards. They will act as the primary compliance contact for all regulated entities in Switzerland, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, design and run the annual monitoring and testing programme, and present findings to the board together with yearly compliance reports. Additional duties include managing third‑party compliance relationships, handling VQF SRO membership and audit requirements, overseeing FINMA filings, and maintaining the Swiss AML system—client risk profiling, KYC/CDD, beneficial‑owner verification
