PROGREDO AG, a leader in succession and business transfer for Swiss SMEs, is seeking an experienced Outbound Marketing / Leadsler / Pre-Setter (m/w) to work part-time or full-time (80-100%). The role involves identifying potential clients and establishing initial contacts to facilitate business transitions for clients. The main responsibilities include making initial contact with new people through telephone outreach, sending informative materials, and representing the company externally. The role is part of the outbound (B2B) marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have completed an apprenticeship with at least two years of experience in telemarketing or sales, or related fields. Proficiency in Swiss German as a native language is essential, as is residence in or around Zurich. Strong communication skills, a pleasant telephone voice, and a genuine interest in engaging with potential clients are crucial. The role requires a proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a willingness to grow and take on more responsibilities.
