The role involves leading and executing core projects in cutting-edge domains, translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production. The main responsibilities include architecting scalable solutions and driving critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work without corporate red tape, focusing on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction quickly. The must-have requirements for this role include being based in Europe or the Americas, or being open to relocate/remote arrangements. Candidates must have a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are also essential. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with a focus on fast execution and minimal bureaucracy.
