Senior Legal & Integrity Counsel (m/f/d), (100%)

Accelleron, a worldwide technology leader that supplies turbocharging, fuel‑injection and digital solutions for heavy‑duty marine and energy applications, is looking for a Senior Legal & Integrity Counsel to join its global legal, integrity and IP team in Baden, Switzerland. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, the senior professional will help embed the company’s values of integrity, responsibility and sustainable growth across its worldwide operations. The daily work combines the design and rollout of global integrity and data‑privacy procedures, including the Group Code of Conduct, with the creation and delivery of training programmes that may use AI tools. The role also covers managing parts of the global compliance programme, operating retaliation‑free reporting channels, conducting internal investigations and coordinating external resources. In the legal arena, the counsel will draft, review and negotiate strategic collaboration, joint‑venture and M&A agreements, oversee deal processes and due‑diligence, advise senior management and regional teams, and act as secretary for a Board committee. Additional duties involve supporting trade‑compliance matters, supervising external counsel within budget limits and contributing to global projects on legal technology. Candidates must hold a Master of Laws from a recognised university and be admitted to the bar, with at least five years of post‑qualification experience in an international business setting. Proven experience in building compliance processes—particularly in anti‑bribery, antitrust, sanctions/export controls or data/AI governance—is required. Fluency in spoken and written English and German is essential; additional languages such as French or Spanish are advantageous. The position also calls for high professional ethics, sound judgment and strong stakeholder communication skills.
