Investment Manager, Nordic Mid-Market Private Equity Fund Launching in Zurich, Switzerland

The position is Investment Manager for a new Zurich office of a Nordic private‑equity company that has been active for over three decades and manages roughly €10 billion in assets. After closing a €2 billion fund, the firm is establishing a hub for the DACH market, joining an existing Nordic platform and bringing senior partners to Switzerland. Close collaboration with partners and senior leaders will shape investment decisions and expand relationships throughout the DACH region. The role calls for candidates who have previously worked in a private‑equity fund active in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, and who can demonstrate end‑to‑end deal execution experience. Fluency in German at native level is required; additional language skills are considered a plus. The position is based in Zurich, offering the chance to help shape the firm's European expansion. What the role asks for: - Prior private‑equity experience in DACH region - Proven end‑to‑end investment execution - Portfolio‑company value‑creation experience - Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership in lean team - Native‑level German fluency - Additional language proficiency
