Group Commercial FP&A Manager

The Group Commercial FP&A Manager at Galderma will be responsible for the commercial financial planning of the company's business units. Based in Zug, the role centres on overseeing daily budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, while building and maintaining detailed financial models that support sales, marketing and product‑launch decisions. In practice, the manager will partner closely with senior commercial leaders, translate strategic objectives into concrete financial plans, and provide data‑driven insights that guide commercial actions. Core tasks include preparing regular forecasts, analysing deviations from budget, producing variance reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format. The position also requires continuous improvement of modelling tools and reporting dashboards.
