This includes creating regular cash forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and coordinating the approval process for project budgets and purchase requests. The role also involves acting as a point of contact for all financial matters, managing change processes, and supporting payments to suppliers. Candidates must have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, with a focus on finance and controlling. At least three years of experience in project controlling, preferably in large-scale projects, is required. Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as a hands-on approach and structured working style, are essential. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP and BI systems are also required.
