As a Dutch‑Speaking Customer Service Agent you will join the support team for Canon, a global leader in imaging and technology. The position is fully remote, based in Greece, and allows you to assist Dutch‑speaking customers while representing one of the most recognised brands in the industry. Your everyday work will involve being the initial contact for callers and online inquiries, handling questions about Canon products, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, answering order‑related queries and providing general assistance. The role includes receiving thorough training and ongoing development to help you perform these tasks effectively. To be considered you must demonstrate a C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken, and possess a strong command of English. Your CV or cover letter must clearly state your native language and nationality, and you need a valid EU passport. Candidates must already reside in Greece or be prepared to relocate, with a relocation package available for those moving from abroad.
