Legal Operator Intern (f/m/x) - Zurich, 40 - 80%

The role of Legal Operator Intern at Aequitec involves working in corporate law and corporate action processing. The internship offers a unique opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial venture aimed at building and scaling a new kind of legal and financial services firm. The main day-to-day responsibilities include participating in customer calls for onboarding and administering the platform, managing client relationships, translating client data into the software suite, and supporting the execution of Annual General Meetings (AGMs). The intern will also work closely with the founder and CEO, taking ownership of customer happiness and growing into full-scale relationship management. To qualify for this role, candidates must be currently studying for a degree in Swiss/EU Law, such as ZHAW SML, or have completed a practical education in corporate housekeeping, such as a paralegal or notary assistant. Fluency in Swiss German and English is required, with French being a notable plus. Additionally, candidates should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and motivation from voluntary commitments, such as working for a local parliament or sports club. Experience in Microsoft Excel is also a must. Nice-to-have skills include a motivation to learn about new technologies and toolkits in finance, legal, and software engineering.
