Specialist Strategy Delivery

The position of Specialist Strategy Delivery sits within a prominent global institution that operates across many markets and seeks to drive a strategic overhaul and performance‑management programme inside its central corporate unit. Reporting directly to senior executives, the role is designed to help steer, track and realise key strategic programmes throughout a highly intricate international setting. Day‑to‑day duties involve assisting in the creation and rollout of divisional strategies and operational roadmaps, aligning yearly work schedules, priority lists and milestone calendars, and keeping tabs on execution while spotting any cross‑functional dependencies. The incumbent will also build and upkeep performance‑tracking systems, gather data from varied sources, generate visual dashboards and analytical reports, and highlight trends, risks and improvement chances. Additional tasks include aiding resource‑allocation plans, analysing capacity needs, supporting organisational redesign efforts, preparing briefing decks and committee documents for senior leadership, and either leading or backing transformation projects by coordinating stakeholders, monitoring deliverables and managing risks. Candidates must hold an advanced qualification in finance, economics, business administration, public policy, international development or a comparable discipline, and bring substantial background in strategy implementation, performance oversight, transformation consulting, project leadership or business operations. Experience in large, multicultural, multinational environments and familiarity with governance or operational‑excellence initiatives are essential. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in French is viewed as a valuable addition. Desirable expertise covers strategic planning, KPI development, workforce optimisation, project and change management, executive reporting and strong analytical problem‑solving, together with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. The assignment is a nine‑month consultancy based in Geneva, offering exposure to senior decision‑makers, a collaborative international team and the chance to contribute to high‑impact organisational change.
