The 2027 Internship, Sales Office, P&C COO, Zurich places you inside UBS's Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office, a division that supports the bank's wealth‑management and universal‑banking activities across more than 50 markets. The role sits in the Sales Office of the Marketing, Design & Digital Sales team, acting as a hub that aligns business, product, marketing, digital, analytics and technology groups to turn commercial goals into concrete outcomes. From day one you will work side‑by‑side with the head of the Sales Office and senior leaders, helping to push forward strategic sales initiatives for both offline and online channels. Your tasks include producing clearly defined analyses, turning sales figures, business input and client insights into actionable recommendations, and delivering high‑impact presentations for senior management. You will also aid the creation of strategic sales tools such as client‑advisor enablement programs, digital product journeys and referral processes, while coordinating cross‑functional projects and preparing decision‑making material like business cases and management updates. The internship looks for candidates who have completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's programme (or a master's) and have graduated within the past twelve months.
