TAG Heuer, a renowned Swiss watchmaker since 1860, is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to drive its operational strategy. The company is known for pushing the boundaries of horology through innovation, technical mastery, and functional design. The COO will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Committee to ensure operational excellence and align business ambitions with industrial capabilities and service expectations. The COO's main responsibilities include defining and implementing a strategic operational plan, ensuring economic performance, simplifying and accelerating operational execution, modernizing operations, preserving expertise, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role involves overseeing production, industrialization, supply chain, procurement, quality, and after-sales service across multiple sites and functions. The COO will lead a team of eight managers and oversee an organization of approximately 600 employees. To excel in this role, candidates must have a higher engineering degree, ideally complemented by management, industrial management, or finance training. They need proven experience in a broad, multi-site, and multi-functional operations management role within a demanding and transforming industrial environment. Proficiency in production, industrialization, supply chain, procurement, quality, after-sales service, and financial performance management is essential. Experience in modernizing industrial tools, simplifying complex organizations, and leading large-scale transformations is also required. Nice-to-have skills include a strong decision-making ability, the capacity to arbitrate and prioritize, and a results-oriented culture. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development within a team that values initiative, progress, and collective success.
