HR Business Partner 60% (H/F/X)

The position of HR Business Partner at an internationally active firm places you at the core of the employee journey, supporting a collaborative and dynamic workplace. Reporting to the broader HR function, you will act as a trusted adviser to line managers and staff, helping to shape a constructive and efficient environment. Your everyday tasks will involve advising on employee‑relations issues, performance topics and other people matters, while ensuring that HR policies are applied uniformly. You will run end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for various departments, from defining role requirements and drafting descriptions to sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, guiding selection choices and preparing contracts. Coordinating onboarding and exit procedures, you will also take part in yearly performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning and development programs. In addition, you will contribute to HR‑focused projects, such as process improvements, policy revisions, internal communications and the rollout of new HR tools, working closely with the rest of the team and gradually increasing your autonomy. The ideal candidate brings three to five years of experience in a generalist HR capacity—such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Advisor—and has hands‑on knowledge of employee‑relations, recruitment, performance management and staff development. A solid grasp of Swiss labour legislation, the ability to interact confidently with candidates, and experience in direct sourcing (especially for specialist or technical roles) are essential.
