Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent For Dyson - Work from Home In Greece

Dyson is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its international support team, operating remotely from Greece. In this full‑time position you will act as the initial contact for Dyson customers, delivering courteous and professional assistance across a variety of queries. Your everyday duties will involve handling inbound and outbound communications through phone, email and live chat channels. You will resolve issues, answer product‑related questions and ensure a positive experience for each caller while representing the Dyson brand. The role requires fluency at C1/C2 level in Dutch, both written and spoken, as well as a strong command of English. Candidates must list their native language and nationality on their CV or cover letter, hold a valid EU passport, and either already reside in Greece or be prepared to relocate, for which a relocation package is provided. Dyson offers a competitive monthly salary together with a performance bonus, two additional annual salaries and private health insurance.
