Dialectic, a crypto‑native firm that blends building expertise with capital advisory, is looking for a senior‑level DeFi Yielding Expert. The company serves as the investment adviser for several offshore funds that cater to investors worldwide, and it focuses on creating and backing innovative software in the emerging blockchain space. Candidates must be skilled at evaluating protocols across smart‑contract, economic and governance risk dimensions, and possess strong capabilities in risk control and management. The ability to review and validate transaction details before execution is essential, as is advanced proficiency with on‑chain analysis tools like Etherscan, Nansen and Phalcon. An entrepreneurial mindset, independent and flexible thinking, as well as a self‑driven, disciplined and detail‑oriented work style, are also mandatory. Dialectic offers a dynamic, collegial environment within a small, flat‑hierarchy team that values entrepreneurial spirit and diverse ideas. The firm promotes modern working conditions, ample room for personal growth, and competitive compensation that includes bonuses and participation opportunities, while providing exposure to highly skilled peers and unique client profiles.
