Julius Baer, the leading Swiss wealth‑management group, is launching its 18‑month Graduate Programme for the Western Markets & Switzerland region. The programme is aimed at recent master’s graduates who want to start a career in wealth management and will include three rotations – one of them abroad – giving participants hands‑on exposure to the bank’s private‑banking front‑office and its Chief‑of‑Staff/Business‑Management function. During the rotation you will sit in the Market‑Area Business Management team and act as a Business Manager for the Front Office. You will keep the management rhythm running, collaborate on ad‑hoc projects with local heads, compliance officers and internal partners such as Risk Management, Finance and the Business Support Head. Your work will involve tracking and driving the financial performance of the market area against plan, preparing strategy papers, Town‑Hall and Management‑Committee presentations, and understanding legal‑entity financials. You will also coordinate risk‑management topics, support business initiatives from a risk perspective, ensure deadlines are met, and help Market‑Area Heads run their units efficiently while contributing to communications strategy and newsletters. The programme looks for candidates who have completed a master’s degree (no more than 12 months ago) and who have already gained practical exposure to banking or the financial sector through a summer internship or similar placement. A genuine passion for wealth management, a global mindset, strong interpersonal skills and a high appetite for learning are essential. Fluency in English is required, and you must be legally authorised to work in the country where you apply. Julius Baer offers a tailored career path, a truly international environment across roughly 60 offices worldwide, and a supportive culture built on flat hierarchies and approachable leadership. Graduates benefit from mentorship, a strong network, flexible working options and a broad suite of benefits that underline the bank’s commitment to employee health, well‑being and continuous development. What the role asks for: - Master’s degree, graduated ≤ 12 months ago - Banking or financial‑industry internship experience - Passion for wealth management - Global mindset and strong interpersonal skills - Fluency in English - Eligibility to work in the host country - Spanish language proficiency (nice‑to‑have)
