Project Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d) - Data Centers

The Project Planner/Scheduler role involves maintaining and monitoring the master plan schedule, preparing and monitoring tasks to ensure project requirements are met, and integrating various contract packages into the master plan. The role also includes reviewing contractor-submitted schedules, preparing progress reports, and developing project control procedures. Additionally, the planner will interact with contractors, verify project data, and update the project schedule. They will also develop mitigation plans, assess extension of time claims, and analyze the critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to the project schedule. To qualify for this role, candidates must have several years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects. Experience in the Data Center sector is preferred. Excellent command of English is required, with French language skills being preferred. Candidates should also have experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and delivering project status reports for large-scale projects. Nice-to-have skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to develop good working relationships with the project team, and the tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
