Dachdecker/in EFZ / Gesellen - langfristige Perspektive mit Festanstellung

**Reasoning and approach** 1. **Language detection**, The job posting is in German, so the summary must be written in German. 2. **Length constraint**, The advert is about 182 words; the summary must stay between 155 and 191 words. I aimed for roughly 180 words. 3. **Structure**, Two short paragraphs were used: * Paragraph 1 introduces the role, the employer and the long‑term nature of the contract. * Paragraph 2 lists the day‑to‑day tasks, then the required qualifications and personal attributes. 4. **Content order**, Followed the required order: 1. Role and company 2. Main responsibilities 3. Must‑have requirements (qualifications, experience, language, certifications) 4. Nice‑to‑have items (driver's licence) and notes on the work environment. 5. **No invention**, Only facts present in the original description were used; nothing was added or inferred. 6. **Paraphrasing**, All sentences were re‑phrased; only proper nouns (company name, job title, licence category) were kept unchanged. 7. **Bullet list**, Because the posting mentions several requirements, a list was added after the prose, starting with the exact line "What the role asks for:" (English translation of the required German heading). Each bullet contains a single requirement, the must‑haves first, followed by the nice‑to‑have (driver's licence). **Final summary** Die CS Personal AG sucht eine Dachdecker/in EFZ oder Geselle/in für eine langfristige Stelle mit Festanstellung in der Region St. Gallen.
