Search & AI Visibility Specialist

Swissquote, the leading digital bank in Switzerland with a workforce of more than 1,400 across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, is looking for a Search & AI Visibility Specialist. The role focuses on how the brand is found, understood and recommended on search engines, AI‑driven platforms and mobile app stores, aiming to boost qualified organic traffic while keeping the digital environment technically sound and measurable. Day‑to‑day the specialist will shape and execute SEO, GEO and ASO strategies for key products and queries, craft an AI‑discovery framework that includes content architecture, entities and structured data, and continuously test to separate lasting opportunities from fleeting trends. They will safeguard the technical health of multilingual sites by spotting and fixing crawling, rendering, indexing, internationalisation and performance issues, translating findings into clear requirements for developers. The role also involves spotting content gaps, guiding teams on search‑friendly creation, enhancing the bank’s authority online, and driving organic growth and conversion in Apple’s App Store and Google Play through keyword planning, metadata optimisation and localisation. Finally, they will build a measurement system that turns data from search, AI and app stores into actionable business insights and act as the internal reference point for discoverability. The position requires at least seven years of SEO experience, including senior responsibility for technical SEO on large, multilingual properties. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of crawling, indexing, rendering, international SEO, structured data and site architecture, as well as a solid grasp of AI search and GEO trends. Experience with ASO on both major app stores, proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush or Ahrefs, and familiarity with AI visibility platforms are essential. Strong analytical abilities—including SQL, BigQuery or scripting—excellent communication, influencing skills and fluency in English are mandatory; French or German add significant value. Fintech or regulated‑industry background is advantageous, and the role sits within a fast‑growing, dress‑code‑free environment that encourages both high‑visibility work and focused contribution.
