The first phase involves understanding and assessing the current workstation architecture. The second phase concentrates on Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management, where the intern will analyze and design management solutions for corporate laptops, desktop PCs, and mobile devices. This includes endpoint configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and device security. To excel in this role, the intern must be currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to document technical processes clearly. A good understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Windows and Microsoft Intune, is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment are also crucial. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French is an asset. The intern should be based in Switzerland or willing to relocate. Nice-to-have skills include a keen interest in enterprise workplace technologies and endpoint management.
