Compliance Officer - Onboarding Corporate

Swissquote, Switzerland’s leading digital bank with more than 1,400 employees across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, is looking for a Compliance Officer to join its Onboarding Corporate team. The role sits within the Compliance Department and focuses on corporate client onboarding for a bank that serves over a million customers worldwide. The daily work involves reviewing corporate account opening requests—including active and passive companies, trusts, collective investment schemes, financial institutions and external asset managers—from an anti‑money‑laundering, counter‑terrorist financing and sanctions perspective. You will also assess tax‑related compliance such as FATCA, QI and CRS, prepare internal memoranda for high‑risk cases, help streamline procedures, contribute to regulatory projects and provide guidance to front‑line staff, foreign subsidiaries and senior management. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, economics or comparable banking experience, plus three to five years in a similar AML/CTF compliance role dealing with complex corporate structures.
