Head of Delivery

OneDoc is Switzerland’s premier digital health platform, connecting thousands of clinicians and millions of patients each day. The company operates with a vibrant group of over 80 staff spread across several locations, and the Head of Delivery will work closely with the CTO to ensure that product releases happen on schedule and meet the company’s quality standards. You will also monitor progress for early signs of drift, investigate root causes such as vague specifications or underestimated effort, and communicate risks to leadership before they become delays, while modeling the standards for scoping, testing and communication. The position requires a seasoned software engineer with at least seven years of hands‑on development experience and a proven track record of owning end‑to‑end releases for a team. You must be comfortable navigating unfamiliar codebases, guiding peers directly in the code, and maintaining quality under tight deadlines. Strong, straightforward communication, the ability to adapt processes to the team’s needs, and fluency in English are essential; proficiency in French is advantageous. Based in Geneva or Lausanne, the job follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two remote days. Benefits include five weeks of paid vacation, reimbursement for a half‑fare rail pass, a fully equipped office with recreational games, regular social
