EU Clinical Education & Engagement Manager

Sentec, a Swiss‑American medical‑device firm founded in 1999, focuses on respiratory care through advanced, non‑invasive monitoring and therapeutic technologies. The company’s three core platforms—transcutaneous monitoring, intrapulmonary percussive ventilation and electrical impedance tomography—are developed and manufactured entirely in‑house, aiming to shift clinical practice, improve outcomes and lower costs for patients worldwide. As the EU Clinical Education & Engagement Manager you will design and run digital education programmes for Europe across all product families. You will recruit and manage external key opinion leaders as speakers, guarantee scientific rigour together with marketing and clinical colleagues, and organise seminars and peer‑to‑peer events in various formats. In addition, you will tailor global content for local audiences, work with content and clinical teams to produce credible materials, and optimise these assets for multiple delivery channels. Building and energising a clinician community platform, creating interactive formats and scaling digital engagement initiatives also form part of the daily agenda. The role requires three to five years of experience in medical or clinical education, healthcare marketing or a comparable field, with a demonstrable record of delivering in‑person, hybrid and digital programmes. Candidates must be able to convert clinical insights into compelling content, possess a structured and hands‑on approach, and be fluent in English; German at a working level is considered an advantage.
