YO IT CONSULTING Claude Code User (STEM) Expert - Remote

We are hiring a Claude Code User (STEM) Expert to help a remote AI‑coding project that aims to push forward intelligent coding agents. The contract role will draw on your hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools to shape how these agents are evaluated and improved for real‑world software work. In practice you will record and share concrete workflows that show how Claude Code (or comparable tools) can be used to navigate large codebases, perform advanced debugging, and carry out architectural refactoring. You will produce step‑by‑step guides for end‑to‑end feature creation and for tackling ambiguous technical problems, then assess the agents' strengths and limits with data‑driven feedback. Your written reports and verbal briefings will be delivered to both technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders, and you will take part in interviews, surveys, and knowledge‑sharing sessions throughout the engagement. The ideal candidate is a current STEM or software professional who regularly uses AI coding agents for complex development tasks. You must be able to document technical processes clearly, solve difficult problems, and communicate findings effectively in both written and spoken form. Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting are essential. Familiarity with emerging AI‑coding practices and extensive use of Claude Code are valued additions.
