Senior Analysis & Delivery Lead 100% (f/m/d) (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.12.2027 with possible extension)

Julius Baer, the leading Swiss wealth‑management group, is looking for a Senior Analysis & Delivery Lead to steer a strategic execution‑service transformation. The role will support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto a new Execution Management System (EMS) and the rollout of an automated FX Risk Transfer capability, acting as the central liaison between business units, technology teams, operations, and external providers. On a daily basis the lead will define requirements, design the target state and coordinate delivery for both the execution‑service and FX workstreams. Responsibilities include guiding the desk migration, ensuring alignment across Avaloq, custody migration and local platform teams, managing system integration, testing, migration planning and operating‑model readiness, and proactively handling dependencies, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations. The position requires deep experience in trading, execution, FX and capital‑markets transformation projects within private banking or financial services. Candidates must possess strong analytical, technical and business expertise, a proven record of leading end‑to‑end system integrations and operating‑model implementations, and a solid understanding of execution workflows, FX products, custody processes and order‑lifecycle management. A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable field, together with excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, is essential.
