Pre-Arrival Concierge Assistant (M/W/X) - Temporary contract - Le Châble

The company seeks a Pre‑Arrival Concierge Assistant on a temporary basis to help craft seamless guest experiences before they reach the resort. The daily work revolves around shaping each client's itinerary: contacting guests and travel agents, arranging airport transfers, ski lessons, equipment hire, spa sessions, restaurant reservations and childcare. The assistant confirms every element, records it accurately and forwards the final plan to the client in a timely manner. Coordination with internal teams is essential, briefing resort staff, organising weekly hand‑over meetings, sharing confirmed details with Operations and supporting the on‑site team throughout the stay. Administrative duties include tracking extra services, ensuring proper billing or approval, reconciling post‑stay reports and keeping all records up‑to‑date in the internal system. The role also involves gathering detailed knowledge of destinations, chalets and partners, and assisting in creating content for guest communications, blog posts and internal guides, while offering ideas for marketing and social‑media initiatives. The employer requires a candidate who communicates clearly, demonstrates a strong service orientation and possesses solid insight into luxury travel. The person must be able to juggle multiple tasks accurately and with care. The contract is for 43.5 hours per week, lasting either eight months from 1 September 2026 to 30 April 2027 or six months from 1 October 2026 to 30 April 2027. Working schedules rotate, are announced at least a week in advance and comply with Austrian labour regulations, including the possibility of weekend work during peak periods and overtime compensated according to law. The position is based in Le Châble, within a dedicated local team that values genuine hospitality and flawless service.
