Windows System Administrator

FORFIRM is seeking a Windows System Administrator to join their international team, focusing on projects for Europe's leading brands. The role involves managing and maintaining Citrix infrastructure, including Virtual Apps & Desktops, Delivery Controller, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway. The administrator will handle incident resolution, performance monitoring, and capacity planning for VDI environments and published applications. They will also manage access policies, authentication, and security configurations, and collaborate with various infrastructure teams for cross-functional tasks. The administrator will regularly update Citrix components and associated VMs, create technical documentation, and ensure structured handovers to operational teams. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience with complex Citrix environments (1912 LTSR or later) and in-depth expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controller, Machine Creation Services, NetScaler / ADC, Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory and Group Policy, and Azure / Intune integration. Proficiency with monitoring tools and PowerShell scripting is also essential. Nice-to-have skills include a proactive approach to suggesting and implementing infrastructure enhancements, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
