Business Development Representative - German Speaker

Huzzle links top‑performing B2B sales talent with international firms, and its client is a worldwide strategic consultancy that delivers digital solutions such as ERP, EPM and AI‑driven process automation. The consultancy advises CFOs and mid‑size enterprises across Europe, the Americas and Asia, helping them align finance, HR and operations through scalable software architectures. In this position you will act as the primary growth engine, conducting a high‑volume outbound outreach that exceeds 120 calls each day. You will locate, contact and qualify prospects, turning them into sales‑qualified leads while articulating the benefits of ERP, EPM and automation offerings. Close collaboration with senior sales colleagues ensures a smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities, and you will keep all activity and data accurately recorded in the company’s CRM, consistently hitting targets for call volume, lead quality and pipeline impact. The role requires native‑level German fluency, excellent spoken and written communication, and the capacity to operate independently in a remote, offshore environment. You must be comfortable working CET hours, maintain a disciplined “hunter” approach to cold calling, and demonstrate resilience in a structured outbound setting. Additional assets include a proven record of success in cold‑calling or business‑development positions, prior exposure to SaaS, fintech or professional‑services markets, familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs, and knowledge of financial systems such as NetSuite. The job is fully remote, offers a peer community of high‑performing sales professionals, ongoing guidance from Huzzle, and compensation that can be tailored to the candidate’s preferences.
