P2621 - (Senior) Pharmacometrician

In the senior pharmacometrician position you will apply advanced pharmacometric techniques to support projects in oncology and antibiotics, helping to shape the development of innovative therapies. Your daily work will involve building and overseeing pharmacometric models from early‑stage non‑clinical data through to clinical trials. You will conduct population PK, PK/PD, exposure‑response, disease‑progression, and trial‑simulation activities, ensuring all work follows regulatory standards and internal procedures. Preparing model‑based trial designs, documenting results for regulatory submissions, and presenting findings to cross‑functional teams are also key tasks. In addition, you will contribute to scientific publications, conference presentations, and support licensing activities, while staying current with industry trends through external forums. The role requires a PhD or equivalent in pharmacometrics, mathematics, statistics or a related field, together with three to five years of relevant experience in industry or academia. Proven expertise in population PK/PD modeling, exposure‑response analysis, disease‑progression modeling and clinical trial simulation is essential. You must be proficient with software such as Monolix or NONMEM and possess strong programming abilities in R or Python. A solid grasp of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, GCP/GCLP guidelines, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving setting are also mandatory, as are excellent scientific writing and communication skills in English; French is a plus.
