The Junior Treasury Analyst (m/f/d) will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations. The Junior Treasury Analyst will handle daily liquidity monitoring and assist in creating both short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. They will oversee bank account balances and cash movements across various group companies, execute and monitor treasury transactions, and manage bank account documentation and e-banking user administration. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the administration of loans, guarantees, and credit facilities, as well as communicating with banking partners. The analyst will also monitor foreign currency exposures, support FX hedging activities, and participate in treasury system and digitalization initiatives. They will contribute to the development and maintenance of treasury policies, procedures, and documentation, and support continuous improvement projects within Group Finance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with further education in finance is acceptable. The role requires 0 to 3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Banking. Internship or graduate experience in corporate finance is beneficial. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, along with a good understanding of financial statements and cash flow concepts. Advanced Excel skills are required. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and any other language is a plus. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in an international environment.
