The position is for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, working for a family‑run brokerage that supplies everything needed to start selling property: leads from the top Property Finder generator, marketing support, an AI‑driven CRM, and a fully funded RERA licence. The company also handles the employment visa, private health insurance and initial accommodation costs, allowing agents to focus on building their business from day one. On a daily basis you will meet prospective buyers, sellers and renters, build trust, present market options, arrange viewings across the city and negotiate deals until they close. All client interactions are supported by the company's lead‑generation system and CRM, while you are responsible for managing your own pipeline, following up leads, and completing the transaction paperwork. To be considered you must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be in the city), have roughly six months of personal savings to cover living costs while you develop a pipeline, hold a valid driving licence for daily city‑wide viewings, and demonstrate strong hunger and self‑discipline to run your own business inside the brokerage. No prior property experience is required, as the academy trains you from zero, and the role is full‑time and on‑site. The offer is commission‑only with no salary ceiling: you keep 50‑70 % of the agency fee, paid daily and tax‑free. A two‑week broker training programme led by a UK‑certified trainer is followed by ongoing coaching, premium Property Finder packages and dedicated marketing support.
