As a Working Student Customer Care Representative you will join the Yuhniverse and act as the primary liaison between the app and its users, gaining practical exposure to banking and fintech. Your daily tasks involve handling written client inquiries through chat, email or in‑app messaging, delivering friendly and solution‑focused support. You will explain Yuh’s products and features clearly, resolve issues, follow client instructions precisely, and record each interaction in internal systems. Collaboration with the Customer Care team and other departments ensures smooth service, while you also suggest improvements to the overall experience and adhere to internal and regulatory standards. The role requires you to be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline. You need a strong interest in banking and fintech, excellent written English, and a customer‑centric attitude. Fluency in German or French is a valuable plus, as is being reliable, detail‑oriented, independent and quick to learn new digital tools. The position is part‑time, accounting for 20 % of a full‑time workload.
