Senior Manager – SAP Engagement & Program Management

The role also includes leading diverse, global teams, managing project scope, quality, timelines, resources, and risks, and ensuring contractual commitments and client expectations are met. Additionally, the manager will drive engagement performance through budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management, and identify opportunities for future growth. To excel in this role, candidates must hold a university degree in a relevant field such as business administration, business informatics, information technology, or engineering. A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, ERP transformation, or large-scale technology-enabled business transformation is required. Certification as an SAP Activate Project Manager and/or a recognized project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA, is strongly preferred. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches and implementation lifecycles is essential, as is full professional proficiency in English. German and French language skills are highly desirable. Nice-to-have skills include a pragmatic leadership style, excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. The role is based in Zurich, with a workload of 80-100% and a start date by agreement.
