Quantitative Researcher

In the Quantitative Researcher role you will create predictive signals from large, diversified data sets, identify statistical patterns and opportunities, and discuss findings with fellow researchers. You will also implement the signals and their data on the global execution platform, monitor model performance over time, and lead the full research cycle from signal generation to deployment. The position requires an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics or engineering. You must be proficient in at least one major programming language (Python, R, Matlab, C++ or C#) and have a proven record of delivering systematic strategies. Strong multitasking ability, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication with technologists, data scientists and traders are essential, as is the capacity to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
