Senior AI Engineer Self-Supervised Learning

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer specializing in self‑supervised and representation learning. Our company operates a worldwide fleet of autonomous robots that continuously collect massive multi‑modal sensor streams, while the VLA team builds large‑scale models to process that data. In this position you will design and implement the core data engine that converts raw sensor inputs into high‑quality, structured datasets ready for neural‑network training. You will develop automated pipelines for curating, filtering and pseudo‑labeling the data, producing robust representations that underpin downstream tasks such as navigation, imitation learning and decision‑making. The resulting representations become the foundation for all downstream robotics functions across the platform. You will collaborate closely with the VLA and Reinforcement Learning groups to define data strategies and interfaces, ensuring the engineered data directly speeds up their model development.
