Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking participants for a remote market‑research panel that gathers consumer feedback for a variety of products and services. As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will join a Chile‑based research team, completing surveys and product‑testing tasks from your home office. Each day you will log into online studies, follow both written and spoken directions, and answer questionnaire items. You will also take part in virtual focus groups and, when required, use supplied items so the panel can evaluate them. All activities are performed from home, with the option to join in‑person sessions if you prefer. To qualify, you need a functional camera on either a smartphone or a laptop/desktop webcam and a stable internet connection. You must be able to comprehend and act on written and oral instructions, and you should be self‑motivated and comfortable working independently at home. No prior experience is required, and candidates from data‑entry, telemarketing, customer‑service, sales, or administrative backgrounds are welcome.
